~Why and how do you pre-wash the flannel fabric?
I wash all of the flannel on a “hand wash” setting using only water, then place in the dryer.  I do this to shrink the flannel so it doesn’t change the shape of the blanket once it is sewn with the minky.

~Do you pre-wash the minky fabric?
It is not necessary to wash minky because it does not shrink.

~What is “minky” fabric?
Minky fabric is a 100% polyester fabric- and one of the softest you will ever feel!

~How should I wash and care for my Cuddle Up blanket?
Your Cuddle Up blanket can be washed on a normal to low setting in either cold or warm water.  I recommend placing in the dryer on a low heat setting.

~Should I iron my blanket?
If you feel it is necessary to iron your blanket, please do so at a low setting! High heat is not recommended for minky.  Never place your iron on the minky side…only on the flannel!

~Are any Cuddle Up blankets sold in stores?
I am very happy and proud to say yes!  Currently my blankets are sold at The Frustrated Cowboy in Del Mar, CA (www.frustratedcowboy.com), as well as, Momilani’s Island Traditions in both Oceanside, CA and Dana Point, CA (www.momilanis.com).

~What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your order along with invoice for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  I can not refund you for shipping costs back to me on returns, however.

~Does Cuddle Up accept custom orders?
Unfortunately, not at this time.  However, if there is a particular theme you are interested in, please contact me, and I will be happy to work with you.

~Do you sell wholesale to retailers?
I absolutely welcome wholesale orders (Four or more blankets)!  Please contact me at amy@cuddleupblankets.com to discuss pricing.  I will also have to verify that you are indeed a true business to offer wholesale prices.

I will gladly welcome blanket orders from stores and boutiques. Please email me your business name, resale number, and any contact information i will need. Once I am able to verify your business, I will accept order of 5 or more blankets. Thank You.

~Can I have my blanket embroidered?
Unfortunately, at this time, I am unable to embroider.  However, please continue to check back as I look forward to offering this in the near future!
